:All items load in Nightmare: From @, go all N and sleep. When you wake, go 1N and enter box. Go 2N, 3W, open door, W, kill Grandma for amulet. Go 5E and 2N, hold amulet. Go D and 2N. Kill Helvyra for needle. Go 2S, U, S, E, and search while holding needle. Go 2E and enter box. The bellows and the animal-skin balloon can both be found on a balloon salesman in this part of the zone (hidden). Then, return to the box. Go all N from the box, E, S, and search for E exit. Go E and kill Cyhaeck for key. Unlock/open safe and loot toothpick. Go W, N, W, and unlock door toothpick. Go N and W and kill a marionette for the white clown suit with black pom poms.
