- In Med City. From recall, go 11S then E and look around.
to give 6 of a platinum harpoon to a sailor (1 hour, 30 minutes)
- In Lattyrna. Loads on some of "A merman with red fins swims here, guarding the palace", for he has the platinum harpoon.
